Teresa joined BWK Solicitors in March 2025 as Practice Director, bringing extensive experience in legal practice management and operations.
As Practice Director and member of the senior leadership team, Teresa oversees the operational infrastructure supporting the firm’s five offices across Buckinghamshire. Her role encompasses facilities management, IT systems coordination, supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all locations. She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic direction and continued growth.
With a strong background in business management and strategic planning, Teresa focuses on creating efficient processes and systems that enable our legal teams to deliver exceptional client service. Her approach combines meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the firm remains agile and responsive in a fast-evolving legal landscape.
Teresa is a Member of the Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM) and a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence in practice management.
