
Mags leads BWK’s people strategy, with responsibility for HR, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, Personal Development Planning, Diversity, Benchmarking, and the research and advising on Employee Benefits. She also works closely with the Managing Director on policy development and implementation, helping to shape a workplace culture that is fair, forward-thinking, and people-focused.
In addition, she works closely with the Director responsible for Marketing to plan and implement the firm’s strategic marketing and advertising programme, ensuring alignment between business operations, brand positioning, and long-term growth objectives.
