Jade qualified from the University of Law in 2020 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2022. She specialises in Private Client and advising clients on Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Key experience:
- Wills and estate planning – Jade advises on all types of wills, from straightforward wills to more complex wills including vulnerable persons trusts and life interest trusts.
- Probate and estate administration – Jade has knowledge on all aspects of the estate administration process and can advise on taxable and non-taxable estates, completing and submitting inheritance tax accounts, obtaining the Grant of Representation, administering estates and compiling estate accounts. Jade also advises on deeds of variation.
- Power of attorney – Jade offers comprehensive advice on the preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney (LPAs) (Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare).
